Following the 2007 credit crunch closed three business units; merged two others and made 25 staff redundant.

Task

Two businesses were performing poorly and with no prospect of finding buyers each was closed with five staff made redundant. In addition three property service businesses were all experiencing revenue streams well below historic levels so 20 staff were made redundant; one business closed and two others merged.

Result

Losses eliminated.
