Objective

To set-up the support functions for two new operations within the group.

Task

  • To establish the back office and finance functions of two new concerns within the Group.
  • To design the financial processes, procedures and internal controls of the new operations.
  • To implement a new finance system.
  • To put in place a fit for purpose banking platform for the two new operations.

Result

The go-live date of the project was met, whilst the project spend came within budget. The overall result was that each of the companies were provided with a robust back office platform to operate from.
